Property Management Pricing
New Leaf Properties charges a monthly management fee of 10% of the monthly lease amount each month the property is actively leased.
Multiple Property Discounts:
For 3 - 6 properties the discount is 1% per property
For 7 - 10 properties the discount is 2% per property
New Leaf Properties will negotiate on a case by case basis the management fee for property owners desiring us to manage more than 10 properties.
Leasing Fees:
To make the property owners investment more profitable, New Leaf Properties has an Every 3rd Release is FREE Policy.
Each time New Leaf Properties leases a property, the owner is assessed a charge of 75% of the first full months lease as a commission.
Combined, these two policies result in the property owner being charged only half what they would normally pay.

Additionally, most management companies and Real Estate Brokers charge 100% of the first full months lease amount as commission. Rates vary by brokerages, but with New Leaf Properties we always offer 50% or $500.00 to the leasing agents and Realtors as an incentive to show our properties. This helps to keep these properties occupied resulting in a more consistent income stream to the property owner.

When properties are listed for lease they are listed with RE/MAX DFW Associates to ensure maximum exposure and leverage with the strength of the RE/MAX branding.
